Terms & Conditions Policy

1. Agreement

By purchasing products from Luxxorah / Tree World Export, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Products

All products are manufactured to high-quality standards.
Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to the nature of textile production.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency (INR / USD / GBP).
Payments must be made as per agreed terms (Advance / LC / Bank Transfer).
International banking charges outside India are borne by the buyer.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders are accepted based on stock availability or production capacity.
Delivery is executed as per Incoterms (FOB / CIF / Ex-Works / DDP) agreed upon.
Estimated delivery times are subject to shipping conditions and logistics delays.

5. Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges at the buyer’s destination are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Claims

Any claim for damage, shortage, or defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
Returns will only be accepted if authorized in advance by Luxxorah.
Products that are used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

7. Quality & Warranty

All products are inspected before dispatch.
Warranty applies only against manufacturing defects, not misuse or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All brand names, designs, and product images are the property of Luxxorah / Tree World Export.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.
